Q. I want to use another color for a journal or book, bookmark, notepad or cards. Can this be done?
A. Yes. An extra cost (depending on the product) is added. The costs are:

• Journals & Books: $5.00 (minimum purchase of 2)
• Bookmarks: $1.50 (minimum purchase of 4)
• Notepads: $4.00 (minimum purchase of 4)
• Cards: $5.00 (minimum purchase of 20 cards)

Q. What is a generic journal, card, notpad or bookmark?
A. A generic designs by fati product is an item that has no personalized information. An example of a generic lined. The front cover would say journal and the inside front cover would have nothin. A journal with a symbol will display the symbol on the cover and have the definition of the symbol on the inside front cover [click here for example].

Q. How fast can I get my order?
A. If 1-5 products are ordered, they can be done within a 24 hour period. If the order is large it will take more than 24 hours to produce, the due time will be negotiated..

Q. How can I make an order?
A. An orderform can be obtained on this site on the top navigation bar. The order form can be filled out on your computer and either e-mailed to fati@designsbyfati.com or faxed to 303.576.8604. If no computer is available, just call 303.375.9437 and leave your name and address and a form will be sent to you.

Patterns and Symbols

Q. Can I mix the symbols and patterns on one product?
A. No, only one pattern per journal, notepad, card and bookmark. Only one symbol per journal and bookmark. The notepads have one symbol on each page. You can mix the symbols of its own kind per notepad. An example: an adinkra notepad can have symbol #2 on the first page, symbol #30 on the next and so on. The symbol cards are don in a similar fashion - one symbol per card.

Q. Can I have the symbol definition on my product?
A. Any product that displays any of the symbols will have the definition displayed.
